Sunday Service: Reawakened by the love of God
- Pray against the spirit of depression, emotional burn out and hopelessness. Pray that as ICA we will be an encouraging and comforting church.
- Pray against the spirit of suicide in ICA, MAG and Malawi. Suicide rates among youths have high lately. Pray against this amongst the youths.
- Pray for ICA members going through hard times (divorce, children misbehaving, financial difficulties, marital problems, grieving, infertility, break ups, job loss and failure) that the Lord will give them strength to overcome fear. Pray that they will renew their strength in the Lord (you can mention them by names as the spirit leads). Pray that they will trust God and will not think they are alone.
- The devil is in fear mongering business: Pray that ICA members we will not fear and we will not fall prey to the intimidating tactics of the devil. Pray that we will be bold in knowing and declaring our identity in Christ Jesus through the finished works of Calvary.
- Feeding on our fears distorts the perception of who we are in Christ. Pray that God will open our eyes in our situations to see things the way he sees them. That we might not despair when faced with fear.
- God reawakens us by preparing us for the phase of our assignment: Pray that we will be ready to serve and minister according to the call God has upon us. Pray that the weight of our respective assignments will not scare us or make us think we are alone, but we will solely depend on Jesus’s faithfulness to carry us through.
- God reawakens us by bringing us into his presence: Pray that ICA members will seek to have personal encounters with God. Pray that we will diligently seek and stay in his presence.
